My Favorite build of all time with Beastmaster in item order is:

Treads: Great item for people who are just starting out dota. Obviously pick strength as the attribute as it boosts his hp, and damage. With the attack speed increase it would benifit beastmaster's ability to get in a few extra hits while your quilbeast slows down your ememy for you. Having treads can really help change your skill build to 3/2/0/1#1
Phase Boots: I would higly recommend phase boots for more advance players as this item requires activation. Treads imo is a better early game item, but having phase boots will definately benifit you better later in the game. I say this is because you have a quilbeast who slows stuff down already, you can send out ur quilbeast first from one direction and then throwing your doubleaxe coming from another direction through the trees giving you a magnificant gank on your enemy. If you end up getting this in the early game. I usually run a 1/2/2/1 build to make up for the attack speed loss of treads.#2
Sange & Yasha: This is one of the few heros I would definately recommend getting a S&Y for. The game should not last long enough for you to NEED to change to a leech orb item. As Beastmaster, many people see his role as a tank/simple damage dealer. I think that is semi right. Your duty as a Beastmaster is to seperate the casters/support/softies on the otherside from the other heros. With S&Y you can chase down anyone with the help of your quilbeast+phaseboots to get through the anything the hero might hide behind. Once you target the softie odds are your going to get targeted and thats when your team helps you pick off the softies. S&Y has the speed, hp, damage and slow to help with being more wellrounded. Not only that but having S&Y can help you gank in the forest like no tomorrow. With your hawk always scouting and you always haunting their forest.#3
Vladmir's offering: I recommend getting this item IF your teammate hasn't already gotten it yet. You need the leech if your going to be running up taking the damage and taking down softies. If your teammate has this item, move to the next one.#3/4
Cranium basher: Now I know what alot of people are thinking, that there are way better items to get than this. That is true but I find this item is the most useful in ganking any hero. Like I said you need to haunt the forest, by the time you get this item, there should be no reason why you can't gank someone in a lane by yourself or gank someone in a forest by himself. You have a hawk to always scout with, use it. don't be a lazy player and leave your hawk in the river... get someone to buy a ward.#4/5
Heart of Tarrasque: Honestly at this point you should have won the game by now but if somehow game is still going you can always go your basic strength hero items. Obviously heart is well rounded, strength, hp regen, hp increase, can't go wrong with it.#5/6
Black King bar: Obviously you want this item to be able to chase down, late game casters who are bent on sheeping you with their guinsoo and any other disables. Strenght, damage are great bonuses since you are a strength hero.#6
Hood of Defiance: [MIGHT WANT TO GET EARLIER]Being a melee hero you might need it, although you might need to get it a bit earlier if someone fed a caster too much like a lion with dagon and 3-4 levels above you... but in late game sitll a good item to make you a better tank#6
Assault Cuirass: Great item, attack speed, armor, negative armor on enemies. Great end game item, it really helps out Cranium basher a bit too.IF GAME SOMEHOW DOESN'T END...

Sange and yasha to Satanic: Changing your orb to more of a tanky strength hero with more damaage will help alot, espcially since your enemies probably caught up by now. Beastmaster isn't a great end hero, he's a great midgame finisher. Keep that in mind. He's still great late game but not one of the top deadly ones.#end 2nd
Basher: This doesn't stack but it does proc one afther another so 35% chance fails, the next 35% procs on that same attack. The reason why I say a second basher is because this way you can keep the hero that's supporting the enemey team almost perma stunned. But to do this you will have to lose the vladmir's offering or change S&Y to Satanic.Troll item:
Force Staff: I loved playing with this when I play beastmaster cause I can go up, roar, and push back the stunned/softie hero to the front where my team wrecks him lol.
